RE:"entitlement"

RE:"entitlement"Noting this Tehachapi Economic Development News that Navajojo mentioned I went back and read further the "actual" real estate stats for 2021 and 2022 ffor the City of Tehachapi.

"Interest rates are causing some challenges in the real estate market, but sales remained steady in the City of Tehachapi. 111 single family homes were sold in the city in 2022 with an average closing price of $373,000 and a median closing price of $350,000. By comparison, in 2021 there were 245 single-family home sales with an average closing price of $327,000 and median closing price of $310,000.

Here is the Redfin data for zip code 93561 (which includes the unincorporated areas of Golden Hills, Stallion Springs, Bear Valley Valley and Tehachapi) for the past year in which it states 122 homes sold (down 35%) from the previous year.

Pretty tough when I believe Jeff said something about 700+ homes sold and 300 homes (may not be verbatim) of those sold by Keller-Williams.
