Headwater Exploration Inc. is a Canadian resource company engaged in the exploration for and development and production of petroleum and natural gas in Canada. The Company has heavy oil production and reserves in the Clearwater/Falher formations in the Marten Hills, Greater Nipisi and Greater Peavine areas of Alberta and natural gas production and reserves in the McCully field near Sussex, New Brunswick. The McCully Field is located approximately 10 kilometers (kms) northeast of Sussex, New Brunswick in the farming community of Penobsquis. It owns and operates a natural gas processing plant, with a processing capacity of approximately 35 mmscfpd, and a 50 km transmission line connected to the Maritimes and Northeast pipeline. The McCully Field is a winter producing asset connected to the northeast United States gas market. The Company drilled its first stratigraphic test and single-leg horizontal well, prospective for heavy oil, in Handel, Saskatchewan.

RE:RE:RE:WCSUnderstood, Benny.  I assume you bought in way below my purchases that were from
just below $6 all the way up to over $7.  If I hadn't swung traded it which I did at least
5 times,  I would still be holding it hoping eventually the market would get around to
giving it a more deserved valuation.  I made several thousands on these trades
but would have made "0" profits excluding dividends if I had just held it. 

That said,  if my average buys had been made way below $6,  I probably would be
still holding it.  So a lot depends on your entry price and also where you are with
your investment style and your age.  I'm an old guy and retired so I'm not in a
position to push my risk level to the max hoping for a big win.  I am very concerned
about a recession coming and the consequences to the oil market.  That makes me
cautious and conservative.  But that's me , however ironically,  I agree with everything
you've said about HWX.  It was my #1 pick also and has treated me very well.
