RE:RE:Pumpkin Hollow's Open Pit Vs CMMC's Eva Project

RE:RE:Pumpkin Hollow's Open Pit Vs CMMC's Eva Projectwestie   i went thru Yet a few days ago am - noon -pm..  i appears that the drillers are out of that area.   actually it looks like most if all of the spring ringers are other' than Yet!

Du bounced that F41 over to the feds on the BLM Land Sway/Swap tht would hav allowed ARCO to sell that anaconda site..  Du did grant LAC their construction permit for thacker pass..

that bounce by Judge Du/Reno to sanfran also captures hudbay over @ mason -w- their Rosemont Az mine/project..  this is not good..  rosemont is Sierra Club opposing..

otw - i think NCI is in the surveing departments here in the local mine districs/offices..

-->>  I 80 gold was purchased bak around 2021~~/22 ~ by Nevada Gold (NMT/ABX)..  prior to that it was owned by an agnico or a mid sized TSX mine..  it flipped hands a couple times B4 the NG purchase...

read my electrons !  if U are wearing wet baggy pants and a hoodie.. the elctrons will escape & U will die from a lightning strike..

the last buyer B4 NG (i read this is a local mine gagg or a reuters/thompson) had to POST a 250M$ BOND..  this mine had to purchase a Royalty Bond(common pratice down in the gulf / when oil wells go into closure)..  that bond was running something like 8% to lease a bonded binder on the Nev Permit - who came in and said..  this is how it izz !

Cirello over at ABX commented on this when NG(he is the spokes model, for NG and all that glitters).  he said theat NG would cancel the royalty bond and escrow 250M$ and charge bak 8% fortheir binder on post closure...

NCi is grandfathered from theis new requisite..  this is simple common buizz law  insurance underwriting...

if Vlas soo much as flinches an inch - and that included a priovate declarations; NCI is going to get slammed 50^ of the face value of the Bonding..  the premium thru a royalty bonding (probably franco nevada) is - estimated here @ 8% down w a 2 point origination fee.. the bond will B sold off into the general bond market and assigned to a maintainece company...

skip the 49%..  Vlads has close to 75 and unknown w Lion Iron (there are in there somewhere w that missing 350M shares from 2009)..  the company is private and immune from a proxy attak..  which is what NG did to i-80 when they tenedered 40%..

OWT - i think the drill bits are not in the area - local RV parks etc.. the larger drill companies lease midsized 5th wheels - tow these into the parks..  motels are pretty nasty here and mega expensive in EKO..

the mine is going to produce..  NCI is one of several investments Payla-Pay-US has in their portfolio...

2025

bankrupto -  yes hun ! the beer is on the second shelf in the beer fridge
