RE:loanWith $10MM undrawn average that's a 16.5% interest rate equivalent  and then that $800K in first year on top of this. I should say it's expensive and I'd appreciate seeing the DCF model to show how they pay this back and over what period.when they earn in Mex pesos.
Guess we'll see how handcuffed they are by this pretty soon.
