It also has a 100 % interest in Forrest Kerr Gold Project, which is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. Forrest Kerr Gold Project covers approximately 20,197 hectares. Its exploration activity at Forrest Kerr is focused on two primary zones: the North Boundary zone, which runs parallel to the Nelson Creek Fault zone, and the South Boundary zone, which runs parallel to the Benchlands Fault zone.

RE:RE:Graphite property work coming due Yep, the trick of adding two news properties without the financal means to explore them backfired, as in tanking the share price, and then followed by a share consolidation

So will the management announce soon that they can't explore the Graphite and Red Lake properties, or that they will let the deals expire?   I believe that the end of June requires some expeditures for the Graphite.   If they can't retain them, then they are left with Forrest Kerr and Justin who's prospects for a JV or sell were a lot better two years ago then they are now.   Not saying they won't get deals, but the terms will be much worse, as they will be low balled now I'm sure.
