RE:What are the negatives?

RE:What are the negatives?

I wonder if people begin to negotiate with our CEO and then shortly thereafter realize he is foolish or incompetent or unreasonable and they walk away and look for a better person to work with. I mean just assume the CEO is not considered a competent guy by other CEOs, then why would they want to lay down $100s of millions and get in bed with this guy for the next 10 years plus?

Maybe he is so exasperating to work with people just walk away.

I mean lithium prices were at an all-time high last fall, he had his permit in his hand, he was in maybe his best negotiating position ever and he failed to close.  I'm sure there is a lot I don't know but that in itself has me questioning his competency and why I sold 75% of my stake in this for some profits before this tank.

I just have a feeling it is paralysis by analysis in that board room and not one has the vision, guts or whatever to close the deal.  I mean really they should be in construction right now.
