I think they made it abundantly clear to all that their goals are their own- not shareholders. How else do you explaine the self-serving of millions and milions of options- while clearly failing to achieve any of their stated trial goals over the last 3 yrs.
Real management would have respected that shareholders had been crushed by their failures- and would forgo awarding themselves outrageous bonuses- instead of seeing it as an opportunity to pillage.
With the lack of true leadership and the need for another desperate raise- it's hard to imagine anything but real damage- even from these pathetically low prices.
