Post-SIB reinvestmentThere will soon be a lot of cash burning a hole in former Dream Office investors' pockets (assuming no over-subscription and full tender).

it's interesting to consider where that money will go. Some may hold cash to reinvest in D in the event of an SP slump. But I'd expect HR. AX, AP and even NWH to be beneficiaries. I've been adding to my positions in each as positioning for that outcome.
