So generally when i see ANON, buying big chunks i think shortsellers being forced to cover. BUT such a small position on Stockwatch  data ( canada) , i think makes that unlikely. But there could be some shorts on the ATS exchanges, like Alpha, CHI-x etc that arent included in TMX data.
