Imagine the effect when the 1.5 billion shares are all bought back? They can only do it because they are a cash machine. The yield here no is 7%+, how can you go wrong?


ING announced today that, in line with the launch of our EUR1.5 billion share buyback programme announced on 11 May 2023, we repurchased 1,668,753 shares during the week of 5 June 2023 up to and including 9 June 2023.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR12.05 for a total amount of EUR20,109,907.62. For detailed information on the daily repurchased shares, individual share purchase transactions and weekly reports, see the ING website at www.ing.com/investorrelations.

The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 7,135,186 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR11.94 for a total consideration of EUR85,194,270.12. To date approximately 5.68% of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
