Geezer, it'd obvious enforcement of law an order is ideal.

Geezer, it'd obvious enforcement of law an order is ideal. But it's not an option, is it? Perez was facing criminal charges for leading an armed attack on the oil field, what, 5 years ago. They hijacked an oil barge and kidnapped half a dozen Brazilan nationals, 6 or so months ago. And what happened. Nothing. So where is this law enforcement going to come from? Espically with the govenor of Loreto on Perez's side, and now the millions from the social fund give them all the more insentive to continue to do what they do. Where is this law enforcement going to come from.
Navy dude gets a spear to the head, Aidecopab kidnaps another crew and hi-jacks a couple more barges. Now he dictates what he wants. Is their any talk of him or his merry band getting in trouble?
Please enlighten me.
