I'm going to take a wild guess the answer is no, it's not LME grade 25 ton lots in ingot form.
Now find out how many hands must touch the concentrate, transport it, and process/refine/smelt it and add their charges,fees,royalties,commissions etc to get that metal delivered to the LME. $1.07 isn't much and the price drops off if your product drops down in purity and/or form. It drops quickly per pound for small batch processing,and so on, and so on.
