The only thing some of thoes bbl are going to be going to Asia once TMP is done.  

Brandon stopped Keystone XL.  Would be
geeat if we could send all the oil to Asia.  Fun fact I love about 15 miles from the original Keystone.  My wife was involved with the XL project through the local MD.  She was on TV when they did an interview about the benefits of the pipeline in the community.
I have an old kxl baseball cap I stole from her and wear in the summertime......she was not impressed
