I have to agree that everything seems to be taking far longer than it should. But now, apparently it is the city's fault because they don't have enough staff? If Sage ever does go ahead, it is going to be a big surprise, and I have to admit that the share price could go ballistic. By the share price action, it looks like very few people believe it will ever happen.
