It's been 2 years why hasn't there been a single contract or group signed? Three reasons or a combination of:

1) The product doesn't work
2) It's too expensive and the value isn't there
3) Company doesn't know how to sell or market it

This is all on the CEO and board. Reprice the test and get some marketing sales help.
