Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. What was Immunomedics trading at just before the $21b buyout? I honestly don't know. What I do know is that reiterating that Oncy fits into the $10b-$15b buyout 'sweet spot' doesn't necessarily mean they'll get that. They may, they may not.
