The Company is also developing next generation solid state battery technology at its Labs division. The Company has two operating sites in Canada and has a 52-acre site with approximately 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in New York state. Its battery products are used across various applications, including material handling, e-mobility and energy storage.

Toyota is an excellent negotiator. Historically they refused to use someone else's battery and stuck with their own and used a scaled back battery. ie Preius. Electrovaya is a good negotiator and knows what they have and it's value. I suspect negotiations have been ongoing for some time now. If Electrovaya actually has 3 good solid state cells and that is a big IF, then I can see Electrovaya sellng one of them to Toyota.
This has the potential to get very interesting; however, I do not expect any announcements untill after EFL transitions to NASDAQ. Then the effect will be much greater.
