Hey CPA,

Thanks to Ambatovy debacle, no income taxes should be factored in. This would bump up your valuation at $ 1.10 +. Of course, for this, one has to agree on your FMV calculation. But believe it is more than conservative.

This number could be taken higher or lower but the main point : we do have a very good margin of safety with the stock trading at this level. And we can sit on our bottow while we wait for Ni/Co to go back to higher prices while S deleverages. And we have a couple of kickers with Tech that could prove very valuable. And who knows if Cuba improves.
