Court case settled...Mills lost...Skeena to appeal to win! Mills is out of the picture now. Orogenic won. They were his former employer so they have the right to the rock in Albino Lake not Mills....NOW....we take Orogenic to supreme court for the win OR we come to some terms with Orogenic where they get a check and we get 300,000 high grade ounces just sitting in a pond waiting to be scooped up and run though our future mill.....One way or the other we will have those ounces....should be worth at least $300 Million. Will no doubt take months to sort out in Supreme Court but we're in no rush. The point is we will have a huge boost to the resource one way or the other. No one will process that ore other than Skeena
