It might turn out to be a low buyout. More from incompetency regarding the business end of this place. Too many clueless techies. Or perhaps better not enough business savvy. Just look at the CFO, what little business presence there is, is just abysmal. The only business savvy on display was the insiders shears sale at the Position Of Strength.
