CT is buying very very cheaply all that .The definition of reverse vesting structure something it mention that it protect the minority investors sometine not .Looks like that will not -see last night news put on FAF website -and why postponing the annual meeting from June 22 to after all those processing ? To tell us we F...you but thank you to have been there 1

On monday June 19th Green acre -a minority shareholder -will present his case in front of the judge to try to have that reverse vesting structure cancel pretending there are others ways to help FAF returning cash flow positive . Keep reading all that on the same webpage .
