Here's the solution for BB growth

Here's the solution for BB growthAny CEO realizing they can't grow the company's revenue after 10 years would nicely step down and let someone with new idea/marketing come in and take over. Why is John Chen not doing the same? It's not just self-fish but its almost fraud if you as me. He had 10 years to turn the company around and grow it. Obviously has failed and only thing growing is the department (QNX) which was never in trouble!!! QNX would have grown regardless!!!!!!!!!!!!! QNX didn't need turnaround.

Now imagine if you had a growth minded CEO? the QNX would be growing at 50% plus a year.

The hardware failed...and cyber failed.

So why is John Chen not stepping down and letting someone geniuine come in to make this a growht business? The company will die if he does not step down. It's completley in trouble.
