.15?? Is there more legs upwards or back to .10??

.15?? Is there more legs upwards or back to .10?? Back in familiar territory at .15.  The trend always has seemed to retract back to low teens aftwards.  The recent funding at 63 million may be seen as a real positive to get Avalon finally more upwards and find a new base at say .20 or .30.  Where is the next base does Avalon go forward to .20 or retract retract back to .10?  I still believe AVL needs to do a share rollback at say 10 to 1 or 50 to 1  then finance again for more funds to really propell this company going forward.

Back in 2010 ish there was lots of funding in AVL in the 5 plus range and this moved this company forward with advancement of projects.  However, afterwards been a continue share financing at .10 ish and share dilution.
