Eric bought into an existing mine and made is huge fortune during mining. Fosterville was not some exploration property like Queensway.
Mining can be extremely expensive and risky but not in central Newfoundland right outside the town of Gander! You can't ask for a better locale. I'm not the least bit concerned about the risks.
Everyone is out to make money and the most money will be made during mining. I'm greedy and I see the enormous long term potential of the property. Damn the costs and risks, let's see a mine plan(s).
