Tinley must have collected enough to pay back Richard Gillis for his loan because he didn't convert that loan into shares and it was due last week. 


BLH has their own beverage equipment, it's not only Tinley's equipment being licensed at that location.

Pabst was and probably still is a co-packer of Tinley's. It took them over 3 years to get their facility licensed.

You say delays and more delays as if Blaze or Tinley have control over the state to issue licenses. 

Tinley extended their lease at a substantial discount.

Jeff hasn't sold any shares "allegedly."

And was seeking legal action against the company some time ago.

According to some investors in different forums.
