RE:More Debt to Pay Debt

RE:More Debt to Pay Debt@RealDeal.....I see and hear your frustration but this the case in this industry, the entire Calgary O&G market needs full transformation, the executives for most of these companies are not bringing anything new, this is the unfortunate, so don't blame the CEO but blame the circumstances who got him or her to this position, look at their posts on the social media you will realize no maturity, very sad to see a major industry which a key hack bone for Canada economy is being running but immature individuals......I think it is time now for Owners such as Suncor, CNRL and their leaders to step in and stop this circus's, acquire these small companies add them to their workforce and hire these individuals like this CEO and rest of executive teams in the mid management level to bring more value to the industry, I am worried more about the industry!
