Some numbers..The 1850 BPD currently producing on paid off wells are likely profiting $37,000 a day, $20 a barrel profit. Based on average cost from a few years ago being $26.60 a barrel and current price of western select being $50. They need to only add 1 new well by end of sept I believe, to meet their commitment. 30 new wells will produce 60-90 BPD initially, that doubles production. (1800 Bpd @ 60 - 2700bpd @ 90) , up that to 60 wells that brings production to between 5450 Bpd and 7250 Bpd, once all is in place.. yes that will take a few years.. 5450 Bpd is approx $100,000 a day Profit.. 70% is SNnVs and as per NR likely no reclamation costs.. not sure how they managed to get this deal but al being equal this could be a very sweet set up for further growth.. SNV the new Petrocan? Lol jk..
