You tell that to Putin then, I'm just identifying a very real risk relative to his logic of deploying mobile tactile nukes closer to Germany. How you 'feel' about that risk is totally irrelevant, the risk STILL exists. Medvedev set the stage long before Putin's deployment to Belarus of nukes, when Medvedev spoke TWICE and said that Russia will nuke Great Britian if need be....another strong member of NATO.

So your 'balony' is not within the scope of what has already transpired.
