The Company owns a 100% interest or option to acquire 100% interest in the Borborema Lithium Project in northeast (NE) Brazil, covering approximately 26,100 hectares (ha). The Borborema Lithium Project targets exploration of Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum (LCT) bearing pegmatites. It also holds a 100% interest in approximately 35,700 ha of combined licenses and applications of highly prospective iron oxide copper/gold (IOCG) and porphyry copper projects in southwestern Peru within the country's prolific coastal copper belt - a source of nearly half of Peru's copper production. Its projects located in Peru include Il Este and Ilo Norte Copper Project, and Cinto Copper Project. The Ilo Norte Project in southern Peru is an IOCG and porphyry copper exploration target. The Company entered into an option agreement to acquire 100% interest of the Mina Vermelha project in the Borborema province.
