$16 million in liabilities ( TAAT International LLC) will vanish into thin air when the Chapter 11V Court approves TAAT International LLC reorganization Plan on July.5.2023

TAAT International LLC as part of the reorganization Plan will have to pay out $35,000 to the UNSECURED creditors.

This in turn flows up to the parent company TAAT Global Alternatives Inc, which will in turn have next to nonexistent liabilities.
