Canopy still seems to be locking up companies of interest

Canopy still seems to be locking up companies of interestmaybe they would be interested in what BHANG has to offer.

They seem to be able to work complicated filing deals and recently did a deal with Indiva for Wana continuity.

Is the smart money buying up the cheap stocks?
