Not communicating is a gross understatement. Paul Vollant mislead the stakeholders about the iron ore debacle by presenting a somewhat rosy picture in the Earnings CC and had to be corrected by Misk who finally came clean with the fiasco in the Q&A session.
And we are still paying for the iron ore fiasco until today. Go figure
