RE:RE:RE:RE:Time for a management shakeup hereIndeed the fall in commodity prices has hurt all oil/gas producers.
But don't forget the huge change in guidance to a much slower rampup in production. While any serious investor saw that as a prudent move, as additional third party processing capacity is delayed, retail in general didn't seem to understand the move.
And then they made a LOUD announcement that they wouldn't just continue the NCIB, but would start a dividend AND do a SIB of up to $50 million. The only thing that survived was the dividend, so that sure didn't help their credibility.
Meanwhile, the majority institutional investors are sucking the life out of the cash flow in the form of those very same dividends. I never wanted a friggin dividend, I want the company to pay down debt and grow production after that.
Hopefully commodity prices improve, and the fckups will be forgotten. And yes, stellar well results from both the 11-09 and 14-14 pads would make us all a lot less stressed. I am expecting big things from the 11-09 wells, but am open to a nice surprise at the 14-14. Fingers crossed.
