99942Apophis ... The game plan for TLT now is a jv with its NMIBC indication.  Then a takeover once they prove something with NSCLC and/or GBM.

I was just showing valuation.  

And in a jv, you don't include all shares, but only TSO.  In a takeover, you include all shares (fully diluted).
