Hemlo Explorers Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company with a portfolio of properties in Ontario, Newfoundland and Nunavut. The Company is focused on the advancement of its main Hemlo area projects, including Project Idaho, the Pic Project (under option to Barrick Gold Inc.), and the North Limb Project, as well as advancing its Newfoundland claims and Gold Anchor Project. Project Idaho is identified as a significant sulfide intersection on the western edge of the Pic Project. The Pic Project encompasses about 24,000 hectares (ha). The North Limb Project is located approximately 15 kilometers (km) northeast of the Hemlo Gold Mine operated by Barrick Gold Corporation and consists of 653 cell claims encompassing approximately 8,000 ha. The Company has a 100% interest in the Belcher Islands Iron Project. The Newfoundland Project encompasses 38 square kilometers over 153 claims. Gold Anchor Project is a district scale asset that totals over 2,100 claims and 533 square kilometers.

(the “Company”) (TSXV: HMLO) is pleased to announce that it has started preparing the ground for its upcoming diamond drill program slated to begin in early July 2023. Preparation includes cutting drill pads and helicopter landing sites, roughly 3 kilometres east of Generation Mining’s Marathon Palladium Copper Deposit (“Marathon Pd-Cu Deposit”). Drill targets have been selected within a three-kilometre north-south trend that will test the Company’s geological model using key Marathon Pd-Cu Deposit indicators.
