Pffffdt they are just doing it trying to convince more suckers that they care about shareholders

rather than just outright let them expire they come up with this plan as them giving their investors an opportunity to not lose all their warrants when in reality they have already lost them

maybe they convince a few dumb suckers to actually go through with it and more money they get to burn. 

maybe they will post some more bs video clips trying to pump this garbage a bit to try and trick the sheep to give them more money.
