There is only one problem with your thinking.

They haven't the money to build anything.

How would they finance it?

They wouldn't qualify for a line of credit.

They'd have real trouble issuing a convertible Deb.

Pyrogenesis can't help them.

They'd have to issue stock.

There's already 365 million shares outstanding.
