Second SIB? Are you drinking the same retread juice as Snakey? Managment used the SIB as cover to tap the equity and use us as exit liquidity... and you want to do it again!? Oh... my... lord...

Pay down debt. Period.

Sell DIR and pay down debt maturing in 2023 and we're good until 2025... this is what we should have done with the DIR proceeds in the first place, but most are wayyyyyyyyyyyy too incompetent to see it - STILL.

The greediest, short-term minded among us here clamoured for a SIB and were left holding a bag and are literally too incompetent to understand how embarrassed they should be...
