RE:Eglington Development and Sum of PartsI clearly laid out the implied value of our balance sheet and cap rate at the current valuation yesterday. Why are you inferring asset value fits into market cap? market cap is equity... comparing assets to market cap without considering liabilities is nonsensical... you're going to give yourself a headache.
