However, it is possible (indeed very likely) that Clearwater made a killing already on Sherritt bonds; then took some of those profits and bought commons, definitely at a lower SP than today. So what is their ACB? Literally zero, or even nagative. I.e. it is extremely likely they have recovered all their initial capital plus a healthy profit, and what they have invested with us is just icing on the cake. don't fool yourself. They did not take $20 million capital from their bank account and stick it into Sherritt commons as their primary investment theisis. Their money is already made long ago on the bonds.

I don't need to talk to them, but know they wouldn't have invested that kind of cash unless they figured the company is on the right track.
It may take a few more quarters but I feel that if Sherritt keeps lowering debt and nickel/cobalt stabilize we will be fine in time.
