In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

Sure, a take-over/buy-out is a possibility but IMHO company is planning a sizable equity issue and it would be nice to have a good reference price. With only 33 million shares out 10 more at say ….$2 would go a long way to make PE cash rich & still have low float. On the other hand if ALB is willing to pay more; my shares are in.
