As for FSD and lawsuits you forget a 5+ million lawsuit for misleading investors that FSD admitted guilt and settled. It could have been a lot worse. You always say it was Bokhari that settled and not AD, if this is true you owe Bakhari a hug because the real loss would be much worse if the case went all the way to the end. They were 100% guilty misleading investors. You know, you hosted AD when he was lying about the buildout and lying about the RS and lying about institutional investors. The lies were AD, Bokhari adopted his lies and probably saved millions settling quickly. If Bokhari can prove there was any business dealings or friendship with AD and arbitrator FSD will at the very least have to pay a penalty and the court case redone, worse case is Bokhari getting part of that 30 million he's asking for either through settlement or full loss. Right now FSD is 80+ mill in court cases, hundreds of thousands defending themselves and nothing but phase trials years from anything solid and their great PEA clock ticking on patent. I believe 2030 or 2031 or something. Barely any money in the bank and a possible stolen alcohol gimmick with a whopping 7% royalty
