Only problem with that is it rather contradicts previous statements where clients were bad at generating adherence and Reliq had to step in to on-board and fix the problem. It's getting complicated. Doctor's practices did a bad job of adherence, presumably because they didn't schedule time to help patients understand the app. SNFs can do this? I had them as organizations running on tight margins, it surprises me they have the spare man-hours to do this.
