...and the principal business of Looking Glass is an entity through wich MR.Xirinachs provides consulting services.

Previous successul financing as a consultant? Unfortunately I was unable to find any documents or a PRNews from any entity showing that Looking Glass Capital Consultants was successful in assisting any Company with any New Financing for the last 10 years! The only thing that I Found was a contract that was signed June 22, 2021. Looking Glass has been engaged(by a life sciences holding company)to assist with market awarness for a fee of US$ 25,000 Month. Please, if anyone found something on any successful financing, share with us! Thanks.
