MGX has used the majority of funds from the recent property sales to pay down accounts payable including legal, auditors and accountants for the purpose of returning to trade and as well as property payments and various AP. The major outstanding audit item remains the final signoff on its PurLucid subsidiary which is believed to be near completion. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Add my 2 cents ? If ZS2 is wanting to add CO2 doenhole for potential
other mineral credits ( converted to carbon ) - then....
perhaps " Conductive " should be framing the DLE
extraction around " carbonated lithium vs lithium chloride.
End Sum ? Direct extraction of, Lithium Carbonate.
The " LAB " happens below grade using co2 injection
significant cost savings using brine pools as a lab
versus above grade co2 ( conversion ) using soda.
Less infastructure.
Instant Lithium Carbonate.
Not unless the present extraction utilizes
lithium chloride ( ion ) ( sorbents )
If by any chance MGX is still apart of this by way of,
Purlucid and DLE - i'd aldo work in - hydrogen production.
