RE:RE:RE:Lifeist is setting itself up for a huge pay day!!!!They didn't disclose any PO details for a reason.  You can assumne it's big, but if it was, it would be disclosed.  How do we know LFST didn't convince them with more of the margin than LFST themselves?  Just to get a PO they could pump...they've done it before with Ignite and others.

Its a good sign staff is taking shares, since if they didn't, they would be bankrupt already.  BOD members have left and they can't attract new C level talent.  Why has Meni not taken a pay cut?  Because he knows its the only way to pull $'s out.

They have no cash left except to keep diluting to survive.  The terms of thier financings have been terrible too. Not sustainable for much longer, hence no institutional holders or even analyst coverage.
