RE:MUST READ / EXCERPT FROM MOTION SWORN AFFITAVITThat is exactly what i was saying and that you can read and everybody detaining shares in FAF should do .Please write to Larry ELLIS : lellis@millerthomson.com , main partner from MILLER THOMSON firm in Toronto representing Green Acre to tell him that you are a minor shareholder of FAF , that you appreciate what he is doing now for the minority shareholders and hope he will be succeeding .
Because if not our last recourse will be a class action against FAF and CT and we will do it . I have contacted 2 more lawfirms from Toronto and they are both interested and following now very closely al that is going on for the moment . Our case is stong as there has been so many bad mouve so far from both of the those companies .
Meanwise please contact Larry Ellis .You may not receive an answer as he is fully involve with the case now but he will take good note of your mail and you will join the 1,6 -and i know there are more already-minor shareholders that have contact him .Please if you want to save your invesment give Larry more tools even if you are a small investor .
