RE:RE:In the meantime.......

RE:RE:In the meantime.......No point in a reverse split Craving. Won't do anything for us. Companies will split a stock when it just gets too expensive and they want to bring in new investors (Tesla, amazon etc ). In a strong upward trend, yes it could be beneficial to holders as it keeps increasing your share count. Very beneficial if they keep doing it.
Companies that do a reverse split do so to reduce their outrageous share count and raise their price sometimes to avoid delisting. In theory, yes it carrys the same value but if a company can't reverse the fundamentals, you could be back at the same price pre split only this time you'll have less shares.
Perfect candidate for a reverse split is Talon metals. They have 850 million shares outstanding, which may as well be a cajillion and they continue to dilute  and their price continues to drop. At 30¢ now. They're going to reverse split for sure at some point. But if they don't improve the fundamentals, it'll continue to drop, they'll dilute to raise cash and reverse split again. Lol. The original holders will be reduced to nothing if they don't continue to buy shares. GLTA
