RE:NCIBYeah, I'm not sure what answer you were hoping for , given the fact they bought zero. Nor could I imagine what they could say in response. I seriously doubt they are not buying because they expect to buy cheaper, later. Most management buys I've followed are more closely associated with their personal cash flows, not the stock price. E.g. if they get a big cash performance bonus, they tend to buy more shares. If they have a stormin portfolio generating gains, they might peel some of those off and buy more of their own. So, unless they own buckets of nVidia and pals, I don't see much buying in any of my oil/gas producers. But I do agree, even a few token shares, would be helpful to sentiment since so many of us follow insider transactions. Don't be surprised if a bunch of options were granted as part of the board gathering, not a formal part of the annual meeting.
