LOL Nothing says total company committment like another 12 thousand dollars. The board likely stated 'gee we are really screwed here and someone should buy some shares to keep these natives at bay they likely all chiped in a thousand bucks each and Mr Pollack drew the short straw. Or they give him a 12 thousand dollar raise/bonus.
